  • Some of these links repeat themselves because I feel like their utility belongs in multiple categories
  • If you alert me to a dead link before I get to it, I'll draw you a free doodle ;)
  • I'm open to suggestions or critiques to anything listed here, but it's possible I might not feel obligated to act on them for one reason or another

  • Collections of Resources
the free media heck yeah logo, which is essentially a play button with pink and blue glowing elements on the sides
  • Free Media Heck Yeah
    • Free resources across the internet, some of them from legit sources and some of them require "sailing the seven seas", so use this resource to your level of comfort and take the necessary precautions to keep yourself and your computer safe :)
    • The site itself has some good resources on how to stay safe when downloading from these types of online sources
the internet archive logo, which is the front of a greek temple displaying the columns
  • The Internet Archive
    • An incredibly important archive of both digital, scanned/digitized physical media shared in this online space
    • Also home of The Wayback Machine, where you can view archived webpages from the internet’s past
    • Note: They're going through several lawsuits from book publishers and music distributers over rights, not to mention they've also been the target of cyber attacks recently... I say we enjoy what we can of the Internet Archive while we can, because it's an incredible tool that would be a shame to lose.
  • Itch.io

    • I have this alongside imageresizer.com because this one Specifically works local so you Know For Sure your image couldn’t be compromised
the image resizer logo is very simple, just a little green square in the top left corner and a bigger blue square in the center, implying a resizing of the square... amazing
  • ImageResizer.com
    • Like Squoosh, very good for compressing images, but with other tools too, like:
      • Resizing
      • Bulk Resizing
      • Cropping
      • Converting File Type
      • Etc...
    • Their privacy blurb on the front page:

notion logo which is the letter n in a monocromatic cube
  • Notion
    • I use Notion! It’s like making a mini wiki for your own nonsense lol
    • I kind of want an alternative that is available offline, bUT I haven’t figured out a way to do that wouldn’t be So complicated that I wouldn’t just immediately slide off of, so with notion I stay
    • I use the free version and as long as you’re not working with a team you can basically upload any image to it under 5 mb and create a bazillion pages (until they realize I’m hogging their server space, anyway x_x)

ms paint logo, which is a pixel drawn paint bucket filled with different art tools
  • JSPaint
    • Classic MS Paint in browser made with Javascript
the kid pix logo which is a lot- I'll try to describe. The K is blue and is made to look like a person with yellow hair who is smiling and has a hand waving and two feet. The I is red and has a random yellow blotch in the middle of it and the dot on the eye is a hypnotic white and black pattern. The D is top half green, bottom half purple, tiny bottom left corner yellow for some reason. The p is fully pink and has an eye staring at the viewer. The second I has black and yellow checkers. And the X is mostly purple save some pink and yellow drip like splotches... Wild logo. Kinda love it.

    • … Neat! Useful!
thick cursive text with a logo of a frog with a little hat with bags... i think this is an atypical logo for vishopper, i found this on tumblr
  • VIShopper.com
